Terms of use

GenFix (genfix.app) is provided by [NAME / COMPANY, ADDRESS]. It repairs texture defects (grain, specks, blotchy patterns) in AI-generated images and can export them at a higher resolution.

You confirm you have the right to use the images you upload. You may not use GenFix to infringe copyright, trademark or personality rights, to remove watermarks or provenance marks in order to mislead, or to process unlawful or sexually explicit content.

Free use is limited per device and network. Circumventing these limits (for example with automated scripts, rotating networks or spoofed devices) is not allowed and may lead to blocking.

Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Up to one month of unused subscription credits roll over. Credit packs never expire. The service is provided "as is" without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record.

Privacy

What we process: the images you upload and their results; your email address if you create an account; and, to prevent abuse of the free tier, a one-way hash of your IP address and of technical device characteristics (screen, graphics, browser settings). These hashes cannot be turned back into your IP address or identify you directly.

Retention: images and results are deleted automatically after 24 hours. Anonymous sessions without activity are deleted after 30 days. Usage hashes are kept only as long as needed to enforce free limits.

We never use your images to train models, sell your data, or share images with third parties. Providers: Supabase (database and storage, EU region), Cloudflare Turnstile (bot protection), Lemon Squeezy (payments). Requests: .

Refunds

Failed jobs never count and paid credits are refunded automatically. You can request a refund within 14 days of a purchase if you have used no more than 10% of the credits. Write to .
